Our goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and be safe. If they do not, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). We also comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct in trade.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Quarrionyzor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. This limitation does not apply to, and does not exclude or limit, any rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Candle Safety

Our candles are intended for decorative and aromatic purposes. Please follow all safety instructions provided with your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from flammable materials, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand. If you are a consumer, you may also be able to use the Disputes Tribunal (disputestribunal.govt.nz) for eligible claims. You may also contact the Commerce Commission (comcom.govt.nz) for information about your rights under consumer law.
